A door leads to the ground floor double bedroom with direct access to its own patio area. Outside seating and shower facilities make this the perfect spot for washing your sandy toes after time spent on the beach. Ample space for storing body boards, kite surfing equipment and bucket and spades.
Stairs lead up to the open plan lounge/diner and galley kitchen with large French doors opening out onto a large decked balcony with table and chairs for outside dining, overlooking the communal garden. The lounge has ample room for all the family on the comfy sofa or chairs, large flatscreen TV and DVD player with a selection of films. The kitchen is bijou but well equipped including a dishwasher. From the decked balcony, there is access down to the shared communal wild garden.
Stairs lead up to the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, heated towel rail and shaver point. The twin bedroom with large windows and small turret balcony give the room a bright and spacious feel.
Stairs lead up to the master suite with ensuite shower room and your very own balcony with seating. The perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening tipple as the sun sets. There is wifi throughout the property, additional TV in the master suite and digital radio in the kitchen.
The beach is only minutes from the property, climb the sand dunes and pick your spot, the choice is endless as the miles of sand stretch before you. The perfect spot for leisurely paddles, building sand castles, body boarding in the safe shallow waters or soaking up the suns rays. The property is a great base for water sports, with Camber Kite surfing Centre close by and Rye Water sports only a 5 minute drive away. Both offer lessons and kit hire. Camber E-bike hire are 5 minutes from the property and with local cycle routes heading in both directions from the property, a great way to explore Romney Marsh or if you wish to leave the car behind and explore Rye.

The Sussex village of Camber has much to offer, with its beautiful sandy beach which stretches for miles and safe bathing. The village has various small shops, a Post Office, two pubs, a wine bar and The Gallivant restaurant. A variety of activities can be enjoyed including kite surfing, kite buggying, surfing, land yachting, horse riding, fishing, as well as numerous other activities both on the beach and nearby, including the wildlife havens at Dungeness and Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. Water sports are taught at Rye Water Sports lake, which is only one mile away.
The medieval town of Rye is about 3 miles away. There you can visit the Heritage Centre where you can watch the Town model's ' Sound and Light' show, which goes into detail about the history and the colourful past of Rye and it's inhabitants. Or amble around the independent boutiques or many antique shops in the Strand Quay. Enjoy the array of eateries, from restaurants, cafes and pubs.
